We knew there was a better way that involved doing more than the minimum, that treated clients and tenants as people rather than numbers, and that looked after assets rather than treating client portfolios as simply bricks-and-mortar buildings.
Having been in the industry for close on 18 years; Deborah founded JDL Premier Asset Management in 2017 based on her strong beliefs and morals and to offer landlords an alternative, high-quality asset and property management service.
JDL is personal to Deborah, being very family orientated she wanted to establish a company name that was close to her heart and she could be proud of, JDL being the initials of her two sons, Jarod and Joshua, her own name Deborah and that of her husband Leon.
A keen investor herself she has first hand knowledge of what property managers deal with on a daily basis.
Deborah holds the highest qualification in Property Management – The NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4). Deborah held a very prestigious career with two of the larger Brands in Property Management. That experience includes working as a property manager, business development manager and branch manager, overseeing 7 staff managing in excess of 1000 properties.

In no time at all Deborah became highly successful in Property Management. Recognised as a top performer and multiple award winner, quickly promoted to the overall responsibility of large rental portfolios, team leadership and business development.
